Recommended for darker shades of dye that match the original hair color or are at most one shade lighter, this developer ensures optimal results. How to use WELLOXON PERFECT developer:

Always mix Koleston Perfect color with 4, 6, 9, or 12% Welloxon Perfect developer.

Recommended mixing ratio is 1:1 (example: 60 g Koleston Perfect color + 60 g Welloxon Perfect developer). Exception: Special Blonde, where the mixing ratio is 1:2 (example: 60g Koleston Perfect Special Blonde color + 120g Welloxon Perfect developer).

Apply to dry, unwashed hair.

Processing time:

Pure Naturals / Rich Naturals / Deep Browns / Vibrant Reds: 30-40 minutes.

Special Blonde: 50-60 minutes.

Developer selection:

12% Welloxon Perfect 40 Vol. – for 3 levels of lift

9% Welloxon Perfect 30 Vol. – for 2 levels of lift

6% Welloxon Perfect 20 Vol. – for initial application. Coverage of white hair. Same depth or darker.

4% Welloxon Perfect 13 Vol. – same depth or darker. For intensive results on natural hair, without white hair.

Rinse:

Rinse well with warm water, then use WELLA Professionals Brilliance shampoo and conditioner or mask.
