Order Cancellation, Return and Refund
Your online order can be returned within 30 days. We’ll take the date on your receipt as a starting point.
The following applies to all items: we can only take them back if they’re returned in the same condition as they were sent and have their original tags. The items may only be returned in their original sealed wrapping.
Incomplete returns or items without sealed wrapping won’t be accepted. If pieces have deteriorated due to extensive use, it can happen that we send them back to you. To avoid mistakes in scanning your returns the items should match the return label. If you have items from multiple orders that you’d like to send back, please make sure to use the correct label for each return and pack them separately.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract with us and return your order without stating a reason, without paying compensation or penalties, within 14 days from the acceptance date of the goods by you or a third party on your behalf. To exercise this right under, you must unambiguously notify ASASA via email at email@example.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Please provide all details of the order and delivery, including, but not limited to, the content and value of the order, the data of the person who made the order, the data of the person who accepted the delivery, and the date of the delivery.
It usually takes a few working days for a return to reach our warehouse. Once it gets there the parcel is checked, after which a refund is triggered. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed. We’ll be using the same payment method you did whilst placing the order.
It may takes about 7 to 10 business days for the refund to find its way back to your bank account.
