Orders ship from within the European Union with tracked delivery: 2–3 working days in France, 3–4 in Italy and Austria. Delivery is free over €100 in France, Italy and Austria, and you have 30 days to return an item.

How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
Tracked delivery takes 2–3 working days in France and 3–4 in Italy and Austria, and costs €6.90; it is free over €100 in those countries. We deliver to 25 European countries.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, under the conditions on our Returns and refunds page.
