Orders
Anything order-related can always be found in your account if the order was placed using a registered customer profile. If the order has already been shipped, you can track your parcel using the tracking number. Depending on the shipping route and carrier, the tracking number may be added after the parcel has been handed over to the delivery network.
The tracking number will also be sent to you by email once it is available.
If you didn’t receive the tracking information by email, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us and our customer service team will assist you.
Delivery
Our orders are usually shipped and delivered within 2-6 business days after the order is confirmed, with standard delivery. Based on the carrier and pick-up times, delivery times may vary. During holiday periods such as Christmas, there may be delays in deliveries. Please make your purchase in advance.
Shipping costs are free for orders over 100 EUR.
In case of delays, you will be informed accordingly. General delays may also appear on the website.
