A Woody Aquatic Fragrance for Men

This refreshing new men’s fragrance, created by renowned perfumer Quentin Bisch, is built around a long-lasting and powerful salt accord, complemented by intense, masculine notes. Le Sel d’Issey Eau de Toilette is made with 95% natural ingredients, 100% natural French alcohol, and is certified vegan.

The fragrance embodies the endless movement between two poles, the sea and the land. The powerful salt accord, representing the sea, blends with natural seaweed and oakmoss. Oakmoss, a type of seaweed that has evolved to live on land, symbolizes the eternal connection between the sea and the earth in this unique scent. The earthy land notes bring depth and texture to the fragrance, with natural sand vetiver paired with notes of natural, recycled cedarwood, upcycled from wood chips from the furniture industry. The top note of natural ginger intensifies the freshness of the salt accord.

The interplay of these salty and woody elements gives the fragrance a dynamic energy, delivering a powerful and fresh intensity.

A Bottle Inspired by Salt

For Le Sel d’Issey, internationally renowned Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka crafted a bottle with a pure and clear aesthetic, embodying the brightness of light and the energy of salt.

The bottle, made of 20% recycled glass, is transparent, revealing the delicate tint of the fragrance, reminiscent of the salt that is the heart of this scent. Encapsulated within the base of the bottle is a transparent hemisphere that conveys powerful masculinity.

The light gray of the packaging is inspired by the natural, light hue of salt. In addition to materials sourced from FSC™-certified forests and other controlled sources, the packaging also includes 10% upcycled seaweed of natural origin. The matte, slightly rough texture of the box evokes the feel of crystallized salt.

Le Sel d’Issey is available in 50 ml and 100 ml sizes, with a 150 ml refill option also offered. Made in France.

How to Intensify Your Fragrance Experience

Apply Le Sel d’Issey directly to the skin, focusing on pulse points – neck, wrists, and the inside of the elbows – to intensify the scent.

How to Refill the Bottle:

You can refill your Le Sel d’Issey Eau de Toilette bottle with the 150 ml refill.

Step 1: Unscrew the pump from your Le Sel d’Issey Eau de Toilette bottle.
Step 2: Screw the refill onto the bottle. The refilling process will automatically stop once the bottle is full.
Step 3: Screw the pump back on and close your Le Sel d’Issey Eau de Toilette bottle.

And just like that, your fragrance is as good as new!
