Perfumer Christine Nagel crafted her “chypre” for Hermès, resulting in a sensual and unforgettable fragrance of rare elegance.

Barénia is a skin perfume that harmoniously blends strength with softness. It captures the essence of a woman who is instinctive and captivating, embodying freedom and unstoppable determination.

THE OLFACTORY NOTES

Barénia Eau de Parfum weaves together the intoxicating scent of butterfly lily with the subtlety of miracle berry, layered with rich oak wood and deep patchouli. A remarkable and elusive chypre with a sensual texture.

• Top notes: Miracle berry and Bergamot;
• Heart note: White Ginger Lily;
• Base notes: Patchouli, Akigalawood and Oak.

THE DESIGN

The bottle, designed by Philippe Mouquet and inspired by the iconic “Collier de Chien” bracelet, elegantly balances the softness of elliptical curves with the strength of a metal plate crowned by pyramidal studs.
