To create the perfume for this free and independent woman, Jean-Paul Guerlain was inspired by a challenge: that of Marie Antoinette to the Count of Artois to build the Bagatelle castle in less than 64 days.
Its gardens, described as a “folly,” have become a symbol of romanticism. From this paradisiacal island emerges a sparkling and luminous bouquet of neroli, roses, and white flowers with enveloping notes of tuberose.
An incredibly seductive “bagatelle” overflowing with joie de vivre.
Housed in the famous upside-down heart bottle designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912, Les Légendaires transcend time to achieve immortality and inspire the future.
