In the fervor of the late sixties, it fully embraced its dream of freedom amidst a tumultuous society.

Its heart beats to the rhythm of Françoise Sagan’s “La Chamade” as it asserts the equality between men and women and their right to live their own lives.

Inspired by the famous novel and the energy of a revolution in progress, Jean-Paul Guerlain created “his” Chamade, a characterful perfume that also challenged the codes of the time.

This green amber floral perfume, dedicated to the emancipated woman, combines for the first time the fruity touch of blackcurrant buds with a dynamic harmony between hyacinth and galbanum, over a vanilla base. A bold incarnation of the freedom to be and to love.
